This premium 'tokujo' green tea is a refined presence within the Hamada range. The tea showcases the Okumidori tea variety grown in Chiran, and has sought rare quality from within this relatively rare leaf type.
The leaves have been roasted at a low heat to show the golden quality within the tea's green colour. The taste while smooth, also has body, umami and a slight sweetness in the aftertaste.
The ideal brewing temperature is 70-80 degrees, with a brewing time of about a minute. This is a leaf tea in a 90g pack.
