Barons Court Project is the only day centre in Hammersmith and Fulham to support people who are homeless and/or living with mental health conditions. Guan lives with a mental health condition and struggles with isolation and depression, by attending the project he is able to meet other people and socialise. Guan uses art as a way of connecting with life and others and improving his wellbeing.
